it's too hot
my Mom is some kind of freak. really. we have air conditioning but she doesn't want to use it. says somethin' 'bout bein' in an office all day with the windows shut and the air conditionin' makin' it like a refrigermator and when she gets home she likes the windows open to hear the dumb birds and feel the breezes. well i'll tell ya what. i'm not in an office all day, i'm here at home and it's hot. seriously hot. this is so not fair. she says it'll start coolin' down tomorrow, but man, these last few days have been brutal. do any of you live with somebody so weird? i mean, i'm wearin' a fur coat!!!!!

Poor Edsel, I feel for ya. It has started to cool off here, so it will be by you soon.
Mum is the same with the open windows, but when it gets really hot she will keep them shut so I don't get hot. But we both look forward to open window times.
Well, mom and us love open windows just not when it's so hot. Mom's a big fan of a/c just to get da hoomidity out. Ours is ushooally set to 75.
We were sweltering also and DKM refused to put on the Air. But today it started to rain… can you believe it?! Weird weather.
It's been hot here, too. Mom keeps all the fans on!! Hope it cools down where you are!! We'll only get hotter until September. Ugh!

Our people to Edsel! They want the outdoor noises and smells and stuff instead of being closed off. But last week when it was 90's and very humid they did switch the a/c on. There is a limit for tolerance on everything.
Yeah, my mom doesn't like the turn on the AC all that much, either. She tries to turn it on only for a while before she goes to bed, so it stays pretty warm all day long.
