i'm glad my Mom is home

hi, my Mom got home last night!! she mised me very much and i had to sleep rightonherneckunderherchin last night. it was kinda hard to stay in that same spot alllll night, but she really needed that. a poodin has to do what a poodin has to do. we're 'sposed to get freezin' rain and sleet tomorrow so my Mom told me i better have fun in the yard today, so i am! i've been sittin' on a log pile keepin' an eye on those rodents my Mom feeds. even tho they have bushy tails, they're still rodents. one of them even keeps tryin' to come in the house. if he wants to eat and we don't get the food out there fast enough, he walks right onto the back porch and looks in the dining room door! how cheeky!!

It was rainy and stormy here, I've been sleeping right up against DKM's back to stay warm. Keep your mom safe tomorrow.

I always make sure to sleep right up there on Mom's face part whenever she comes back from wherever it is that she goes. Glad your Mom is back; I bet she missed you as much as you missed her.

I hope your Mom appreciated how stiff you musta been after making sure she had a nice warm sleep all night long!

A long time ago the Woman's parents had a squirrel in the back yard that would come knock on the door when the pecans they out out for it were all gone. He would step back when they came out and watch them pour out a bunch more nuts and then eat them, and if there were no more the next day, he'd knock again. I think we should be afraid those things are getting smarter...
