I am in charge here. I used to weigh 17 pounds, but now I'm a lean and mean 14 pounds 'cause I have to eat prescription food. I had stones in my tummy that the doctor had to take out and now I can't eat any of the things I love that my mom used to give me like shrimp and cod. Sigh. But, I lead a pretty nice life. I'm a DLH Tuxedo with sparkly greenish yellow eyes and loooong whiskers. I'm also a member of the Tuxedo Gang.

BRRR! Edsel, Mom probably knows best this time. Find a nice sun spot and stay in! I have lived out in the cold, and it is not as fun as it looks when it's cold out.

i did get to go out! i checked out the yard, sniffed all the corners, sat in the sun on a woodpile, sharpened my claws, watched the squirrels eat seeds my Mom put out, peed on the bush that smelled like an intruder then went inside and warmed up with a snack, then a nap. a good day!

My people counted up to 7 degress out today. What are these "degrees" anyway, some kinda bug or bird? They count more when it's warm and fewer when it's cold. Maybe Victor will catch one for me.
Oh, brrrr! Maybe the sun kept you a little warm because of your black fur. I know that helps when I sit in a sunny window in the winter.

You look very handsome Edsel. Us long-haired cats are well-insulated against the cold. I sometimes ask my mum to go out and it feels too cold for her, but I don't mind it because I am all cosy in my double-density fur.
I am staying inside! It am too cold here in A State of Winter too. It was 10 this morning...that would freeze my paw leathers....I shall find a sunny spot and nap.
Mom told me it's going to be 70 somethin' degrees...what are degrees?
It's always warm and comfy in the house.
