I am in charge here. I used to weigh 17 pounds, but now I'm a lean and mean 14 pounds 'cause I have to eat prescription food. I had stones in my tummy that the doctor had to take out and now I can't eat any of the things I love that my mom used to give me like shrimp and cod. Sigh. But, I lead a pretty nice life. I'm a DLH Tuxedo with sparkly greenish yellow eyes and loooong whiskers. I'm also a member of the Tuxedo Gang.

So glad to see you are back home, but sorry to hear you mom is leaving again. chew on the wheels and maybe she can't leave!!!

Did it work??? If not, I think SS&S have the right idea. Wee-wee on it and maybe where she goes will send her right back!
I tried looking forelorn with the suitcase for Mom's laptop puter, but did didn't work. She just pointed the clickey box at me and went anyway. Didn't think of wee-wee. Her first cat wee-weed on her Science book cause she wasn't getting his dinner on time. Weird Science!
Oh, I'm sorry Edsel. You can come stay here if you get too lonely....
Oh no Edsel. We're sorry your mommy is going away again. You can teleport yourself to our house whenever you want!
We feel the same way as you when our Dad goes away to work. Magoo gets the most destructive about it. Smudge just cries at the front door at night as he keeps expecting Dad to show and got to bed with him.
Edsel, you have to get in to that thing. If she can't get anything else into it, she'll have to stay!
Instead of trying to keep her home, call yourself her "assistant" and you'd get to go with!

I say celebrate her absence! When she is gone, she can't interrupt your home destruction...like unrolling all the toilet paper, shredding the furniture, flicking litter onto the floor, sleeping in the cupboards, etc.

i hate it when suitcases come out, it means my human servants are going somewhere without me! Keep looking hard-done-by and you will probably guilt them into giving you lots of treats.

Poor Edsel, I hope she takes you with her or doesn't go. But going with is not so great, sometimes it means going in the awful car. Make her stay home!

I do that too, but it never seems to stop Mom from going anywhere. She's going to leave us for 15 whole days! We might have to plot revenge while she is gone.
