my Mom is all acited
i'm not even goin' with her and she's all acited 'bout her trip. Casey says it's a big adventure for her and to try to be nice 'bout it and i am. i know she's happy 'bout goin' and she deserves some happy this summer. i know i'll miss her lots tho'. i wonder how it came to be that beans became the ones to take care of poodins? i'm glad that happened, 'cause life would sure be a lot tougher if they didn't!! eight more days, then she flies away on a big metal bird......

Don't worry, Edsel. We will take extra speshul good care of your Momma. I am teaching Squirt some manners (if that is possible.) Our Momma is all cited too, and running around saying everything has to be purrfect. She even washed the windows, so we can see out again!!

oh Edsel, we is shur that your mom will have the most wonderful time in the Big Piney Woods. she'll be back though. our mommy tolded us that moms always come back.
