Thankful
i am thankful for many things.
i am thankful for my forever home.
for being loved and safe.
i am thankful for my yard,
for being well fed and played with.
i am thankful for all of you, my friends, who make me laugh
and make me cry sometimes too.
the thing that i am most thankful for, tho, is that this year,
this day, i still have my Mom. it could be different.

Have a lovely Thanksgiving Day Edsel and Edsel's mum and Edsel's poopy sister. We don't get it here but my mum wishes we did because then she would have had the day off work today and got to eat lots of food and stay home with me, instead of it just being a boring old Thursday!
